Once you have ordered your product you will find a confirmation E-Mail in your Mail box with a link to your purchase. If that shouldn't be the case, then reassure yourself that you've entered the correct Mail-address and if that is the case you should contact me.

Delivery
Online products will be delivered to your Mail-address. Physical products will be shipped to your desired location. Note that the costs for every location may change at every time. (I currently do not ship physical products)

Important information
Once you have purchased and received your online article, there will be no refund option because this article can not be broken or destroyed.

Physical products such as custom Minifigures, brushes or paint will also never be refunded once they are opened except if the product is broken. If that is the case, I am allowed to receive a high quality picture of the damage.
